Zurich, Switzerland, 6 July 2012 - Fonstone is the first certified Microsoft Premier Support Partner for Microsoft Lync, in Switzerland.
Fonstone AG, a Microsoft Gold Certified Partner for "Communication and Messaging" has recently become the first partner in Switzerland to received certification for the provision of support services within the Microsoft Premier Support Program for Microsoft Lync voice. Fonstone is therefore now authorized to offer direct support services to Microsoft Premier Customers for Microsoft Lync voice installations. Microsoft Premier Support provides services for large Microsoft customers. Certification under the Microsoft Premier Support for Lync Partners (PSLP) program allows Fonstone to handle support requests with high competence, to discuss issues directly with Microsoft Tier 3 support and to escalate them if necessary.

Conversion of Fonstone GmbH to Fonstone AG
Zurich, Switzerland, 6 June 2011 - Fonstone GmbH announced today their conversion to an AG.
Fonstone GmbH, which has been operating successfully since 2006 as an IT services provider in the field of Microsoft Unified Communications solutions, has completed its conversion to an AG. The establishment of Fonstone in the Swiss market, the increasing number of employees as well as increased activity in large customer environments has led to this step.
